Because of the nature of our products, items purchased are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time.

If Sunflowers and Selenite makes a mistake on your order, we will make it right. Please be sure to email sunflowersandselenite@gmail.com within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please enter your tracking number here https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input or go to your local USPS to file a claim. Please select priority mail during checkout to be sure your package is insured in the event that the package is lost or stolen.

We currently only ship to the United States. Sunflowers and Selenite LLC is not responsible if your package is lost, stolen or the shipping is delayed. If your package is returned to Sunflowers and Selenite LLC, you will be refunded (shipping cost will not be refunded.)
